We use the standard Euro sizes for perfect fitting, faux leather is being used which could adjust with your feet. Still you feel to exchange send the pair with packing to our address with in 5 working days, also notify us on WhatsApp + 03178866655.
The Pairs can be exchanged for one size up and down of same design, any other size can be replaced on availability.
If you want to change the design than we charge 300 Rupees per article.
Customer have to dispatch the product to the company address & contact. Details will be provided after the complaint.
Sale items, kids khussa, Backless khussa & size 35, 42,43 would not be exchanged or returned. For International exchange claims, exchanged policy might be subject to change as per contingencies and scenarios.
