We understand your concerns. Our khussas are hand-stitched, soft, and usually mold to your feet within 1–2 wears. Also, our accessories are of extream high quality, carefully picked for our store. However, If you still need a different size or design, we’re here to help and consider your request on case to case basis.

  • One-way shipping on us: For approved exchanges, we’ll cover one side of shipping back to you (Pakistan only).

  • Sizing: Euro sizes; faux leather adjusts with wear.

  • Design change: Rs 300 per article.

  • Case-by-case returns: If you didn’t like the color/product, we’ll review your case fairly.

  • COD refunds (if approved): 4% COD tax + packing charges are deducted.

  • Not eligible: Sale items, Kids Khussa, Backless Khussa, and sizes 35, 42, 43.

Full Policy

1) Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be unused, tried indoors only, and returned with original packaging and tags.

  • Because our pairs are handmade, minor color/texture variations are normal and not considered faults.

2) Sizing & Comfort

  • We follow Euro sizing. Our faux leather is flexible and usually adjusts to your feet within 1–2 wears. If it still doesn’t feel right, you can request an exchange.

3) Exchange Options

  • Size exchange: One size up or down of the same design (subject to stock).

  • Design change: Allowed; Rs 300 per article will apply. Price differences (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.

4) Returns (Dislike/Color Change of Mind)

  • If you don’t like the color or product after receiving it, we’ll review the request case-by-case.

  • If a refund is approved: for COD orders, a 4% COD tax + packing charges will be deducted. (For prepaid refunds, only packing charges apply.)

5) What’s Not Returnable/Exchangeable

  • Sale items, Kids Khussa, Backless Khussa, and sizes 35, 42, 43.

  • Items returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging.

6) Shipping & Costs

  • Customers ship back to us using any reliable courier and share the receipt/tracking.

  • For the first approved exchange, we cover one-way shipping back to you (within Pakistan). International policies may vary.

7) International Orders

  • For international exchanges/returns, policies and costs may differ based on the destination and courier availability. We’ll guide you case-by-case.

8) How to Start an Exchange/Return

  1. WhatsApp us at 03178866655 within 5 working days of delivery with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll share the return address and simple packing instructions.

  3. Courier the pair back and share the tracking.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch your exchange (or process the refund if approved).

9) Cancellations

  • We generally cannot cancel after dispatch. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately; if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to help.

10) Right to Decline

  • Khussa Corner may decline exchange/return requests that don’t meet this policy.

ہم آپ کی فکر سمجھتے ہیں۔ ہماری جوتے نرم  اور ہاتھ سے بنے ہوئے  ہیں، عموماً 1 سے 2 بار پہننے میں آپ کے پاؤں کے مطابق ڈھل جاتی ہیں۔ اگر پھر بھی سائز یا ڈیزائن بدلنا ہو تو ہم خوشی سے مدد کریں گے۔

مکمل پالیسی



1) اہلیت اور حالت

  • آئٹمز غیر استعمال شدہ، صرف گھر کے اندر ٹرائی کی ہوئی حالت میں، اصل پیکنگ اور ٹیگز کے ساتھ واپس ہوں۔

  • چونکہ جوڑے ہاتھ سے بنے ہوئے  ہیں، ہلکی رنگ/ٹیکسچر تبدیلیاں معمول کی بات ہیں اور نقص نہیں سمجھی جاتیں۔

2) سائز اور آرام

  • ہم یورو سائزنگ فالو کرتے ہیں۔ چمڑا عام طور پر 1–2 بار پہننے میں پاؤں کے مطابق ہو جاتا ہے۔ اگر پھر بھی فٹ نہ ہو تو تبادلہ ممکن ہے۔

3) تبادلے کے اختیارات

  • سائز کی تبدیلی: اسی ڈیزائن میں ایک سائز اوپر یا نیچے (اسٹاک پر منحصر)۔

  • ڈیزائن کی تبدیلی: اجازت ہے؛ فی آرٹیکل 300 روپے چارج ہوگا۔ قیمت کا فرق (اگر ہو) ایڈجسٹ کیا جائے گا۔

4) واپسی (نہ پسند آنا / رنگ کا فرق)

  • اگر پروڈکٹ یا رنگ پسند نہ آئے تو کیس ٹو کیس بنیاد پر درخواست دیکھی جائے گی۔ عموماً ایسی صورتِ حال میں ہم تبادلہ یا واپسی نہیں کرتے
     

5) جو آئٹمز قابلِ واپسی/تبادلہ نہیں

  • سیل آئیٹمز، بچوں کی جوتے، بیک لیس جوتے اور سائز 35، 42، 43۔

  • استعمال شدہ/خراب یا بغیر اصل پیکنگ کے واپس آنے والی آئٹمز۔

6) شپنگ اور اخراجات

  • کسٹمر خود کورئیر بک کر کے آئٹم ہمارے پتے پر بھیجے اور رسید/ٹریکنگ شیئر کرے۔

  • پہلے منظور شدہ تبادلے میں ہم ایک طرف کی واپسی شپنگ (پاکستان کے اندر) خود برداشت کریں گے۔ انٹرنیشنل آرڈرز کے اخراجات مختلف ہو سکتے ہیں۔

7) انٹرنیشنل آرڈرز

  • بیرونِ ملک آرڈرز کے لیے پالیسی اور خرچے مختلف ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ہم کیس ٹو کیس رہنمائی کریں گے۔

8) تبادلہ/واپسی کیسے شروع کریں

  1. ڈیلیوری کے 5 ورکنگ دن کے اندر واٹس ایپ 03178866655 پر آرڈر نمبر اور وجہ لکھ کر میسج کریں۔

  2. ہم ریٹرن ایڈریس اور پیکنگ ہدایات بھیجیں گے۔

  3. کورئیر کر کے ٹریکنگ شیئر کریں۔

  4. آئٹم موصول اور چیک ہونے کے بعد ہم تبادلہ بھیج دیں گ

9) منسوخی

  • ڈسپیچ کے بعد منسوخی ممکن نہیں۔ اگر منسوخی درکار ہو تو فوراً رابطہ کریں؛ اگر آرڈر ابھی بھیجا نہیں گیا تو ہم پوری کوشش کریں گے۔

10) حقِ انکار

  • اگر درخواست پالیسی پر پوری نہ اترے تو تبادلہ/واپسی سے معذرت کر سکتا ہے۔
