Shipping policy

This policy explains how Khussa Corner ships orders within Pakistan and internationally.

1) Delivery Options & Timelines

Normal delivery (Pakistan): 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Urgent delivery (Pakistan): 2–3 working days after dispatch (see fees below).
International delivery: Timing varies by country/courier; typical range 7–15 working days (avg. 12).

Delays: Courier operations, law & order, weather, strikes, route restrictions, or peak seasons (e.g., Eid) can cause delays. We push for fastest possible delivery, but such circumstances are beyond our control.

2) Shipping Fees (Pakistan)

Standard shipping: Flat Rs 200- 350 per order for upto 2 pairs (non-refundable).
- Note: From time to time, prepaid free-shipping promos may apply; sale items are excluded from such promos.
Urgent shipping: Rs 600 (non-refundable), covers up to 2 pairs.
- If the number of pairs or parcel volume increases, urgent shipping will exceed Rs 600 (we’ll confirm the excess before dispatch).

3) International Shipping

No free delivery on international orders.
Charges change frequently based on weight, dimensions, and destination and will be quoted at checkout or by our team before dispatch.
Advance payment required for all international orders (e.g., bank deposit/transfer; Western Union as applicable).
Duties & taxes: Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are payable by the customer at destination.
No exchange/return for international orders unless required by applicable law.

4) Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

All shipping/urgent fees are non-refundable in every scenario, including delays, change-of-mind returns, size/design exchanges, or order cancellations after dispatch.

5) Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are dispatched Monday–Saturday (business days).
Tracking details are shared by SMS/WhatsApp/email after dispatch. We’ll assist with courier follow-ups if needed.

6) Address, Delivery Attempts & RTS

Please provide a complete, accurate address and active phone number.
If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel returns to us (RTS), re-shipping will require payment of shipping charges again (urgent or standard as chosen).

7) Payment Methods

Within Pakistan: COD (where available), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Deposit. Online payments are in advance.
International: Advance payment only (Bank/Western Union as available).
