Refund policy

We’re here to help. Our first priority is to get you the right fit and design. While refunds are limited, we handle every request with care and fairness.

Quick Summary

  • Exchange first: Tell us within 5 working days of delivery (WhatsApp: 03178866655).

  • Customer couriers back; for approved exchanges within Pakistan, we cover one-way courier back to you.

  • Refunds are limited to specific cases (see below).

  • COD refunds (if approved): 4% COD tax + packing charges deducted.

  • Prepaid refunds (if approved): packing charges deducted.

  • Design change: Rs 300 per article.

  • Not eligible: Sale items, Kids Khussa, Backless Khussa, sizes 35, 42, 43.

  • Clutches & Jewelry accessories: No return/exchange unless defective (delicate/antique-style pieces).

What’s eligible

  • Wrong/defective item received: If the item is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 working days with photos/video. We’ll arrange an exchange; if unavailable, a refund may be issued.

  • Change of mind (case-by-case): If you don’t like the color or product after receiving it, we’ll review case-by-case. Approved refunds follow the deductions noted above.

  • Order cancellation: If your order hasn’t dispatched, we’ll try to cancel. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused (tried indoors only), with original packaging and tags.

  • Customer must courier the product back to our return address (shared after you message us).

Non-returnable / Non-refundable

  • Sale items, Kids Khussa, Backless Khussa, sizes 35, 42, 43.

  • Clutches & Jewelry accessories: only returnable if defective (report within 5 working days with proof).

  • Items returned used/damaged or missing packaging/tags.

 

Urgent Parcels (Express Dispatch)

  • Prepayment required: Urgent orders are dispatched via private courier on advance payment only.

  • Timeline: We ship on priority, but a 1–2 day delay may occur due to courier operations or factors beyond our control (e.g., law & order, weather, strikes, route restrictions).

  • Refunds: In case of such delays, Khussa Corner is not responsible for any refund. We will, however, assist with tracking and courier follow-ups.

Refund method & timelines

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method.

  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer / EasyPaisa, Jazzcash after deductions.

  • Allow 2–4 working days for inspection after we receive your parcel, and 5–10 working days for bank/payment processing (varies by provider).

International orders

Exchange/refund availability and costs can differ by country/courier; we’ll advise case-by-case.

Our right to decline

Khussa Corner may decline requests that don’t meet this policy.
