These Terms govern your access to and use of Khussa Corner’s website (www.khussacorner.com) and services (“Service”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced here.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

You confirm you’re at least the age of majority in your location and have authority to place orders. Keep your account info accurate and secure. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

Placing orders: An order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
Payment: We accept prepaid methods offered at checkout and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD, additional handling/collection fees or taxes may apply per our Refund Policy.
Prices & taxes: Prices may change without notice. 4% Tax applied on COD orders.
Fraud & risk: We may verify, limit, or cancel orders (e.g., multiple orders to same address, poor order history).

4) Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping: Timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by couriers. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
Urgent parcels (Express Dispatch): Urgent orders ship via private courier on advance payment only. Because these parcels move on tight timelines, a 1–2 day delay may occur due to courier operations or factors beyond our control (law & order, weather, strikes, route restrictions). No refunds for delay; we’ll assist with tracking and follow-ups.
International shipping: Availability, rates, taxes/duties, and timelines vary by destination.

5) Products & Availability

We try to display colors and details accurately, but screens vary and handmade items can have minor natural variations. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions at any time.

6) Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We prioritize exchanges (size/design) and treat refunds as limited, case-by-case outcomes. By purchasing, you agree to our:

Refund Policy (exchanges first, COD deductions, exclusions like Sale items/Kids/Backless/sizes 35, 42, 43; clutches & jewelry only if defective).
Exchange/Return Policy (customer couriers items back; for approved exchanges within Pakistan we cover one-way courier back to you; notify us on WhatsApp within 5 working days).
These policies are part of these Terms.

7) Clutches & Jewelry Accessories

Due to their delicate, antique-style nature, no return/exchange unless defective reported within 5 working days with proof (photos/video). Approved cases will be exchanged or refunded per availability.

8) User Content & Conduct

Don’t post or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful (including malware). Comments/ideas you share may be used by us without obligation or compensation. You must not misuse the Site (spam, scraping, circumvention, etc.).

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, images, text) is owned by Khussa Corner or licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party providers (e.g., payments, couriers, hosting). Their own terms may apply. We’re not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our Site.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (how we collect, use, and share personal information, including WhatsApp support and cookies).

12) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or exact color matching. Handmade items may vary slightly and usually adjust to your feet within 1–2 wears.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khussa Corner and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service or products.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Khussa Corner harmless from claims or demands (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law/third-party rights.

15) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
